Its a tri-level home. The front of the house is essentially single story, with the back of the house being 2 stories. The front single level sits in the middle of the other 2 levels so there are stairs and down to the different areas.
All living areas are up stairs and goes out onto the balcony. Hopefully in the area we are in, there should be a relatively good view. Time will tell..
